1) Position: -Web Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications. 

• Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit and system, engaging users if necessary. 

• Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.

•Coordinate with external parties (Eg. Hosting/Payment gateway/Merchants)

• Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.

• Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.

• Other responsibilities may be assigned based on requirements.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web application development using PHP, MySQL, Linux,
Apache and Cake PHP framework.

• Experience in e-Commerce, payment gateways and CMS based systems.

• Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.

• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

 Job Responsibilities:

◦ To answer customer queries related to products, health issues and the process of online ordering Internet and phone based counseling

 Skills Required:

 3) Position: - Creative Writers


Job Responsibilities: 

• Gaining a deep understanding of the product, target audience and competitor
activities in the market.

• Exploring different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal element.

• Developing and presenting drafts and ideas to Merchants for discussion in advertising including themes and methods.

• Writing speeches, articles, sales letters, bulletins, and other related marketing, informative
and promotional material.

• Inventing names and slogans that appear on brochures, packaging and other promotional
material for products.

• Developing advertising campaigns to determine the best method to present advertising information..

 Skills Required: 

• Experience in creating promotional materials, direct marketing, web content, press releases etc.

 7) Position: - Sales Channel Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement action plan to meet merchants, gross revenue and net revenue goals, and implement new initiatives.

• Build strategic accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation on daily
Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity

• Gaining a deep understanding of the product, target audience and competitor
activities in the market.

• Manage and be the main point of contact for existing Merchants.

• Manage sales orders and provide status to Merchants and/or manager.

• Communicate masterfully with Merchants on new products and service offerings.

 Skills Required:

• Minimum 2years experience in sales related areas with relevant educational qualifications.

• Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.

• Must spend up to 40% of the time visiting Merchants.

• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and
productivity to meet deadlines

• Qualified candidates will be required to conduct an in-person presentation and submit a
writing sample.

8) Position: Regional Sales Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

◦   Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region

◦   Manage relationships with super stockists and distributors of the region

◦   Drive business development activities of the region

◦   Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region

◦    Seeking a result oriented individual to head the west region sales of fast growing performance nutrition brand.
